1. Our Commitment

Vocoo is a photography community app with user-generated content (UGC) and instant messaging (IM). We are committed to protecting children’s safety on our platform. We prohibit any content or behavior that sexualizes, exploits, endangers, or harms minors. Where appropriate, we may report suspected child exploitation to law enforcement and cooperate with authorities.

2. Scope & Audience

This policy applies to all users and all experiences on Vocoo, including public posts, stories, comments, direct messages, profiles, avatars, and any other interactions on the platform. It complements our Community Guidelines, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy.

3. Age Restrictions

  • We do not knowingly permit children under 13 to register or use interactive features.
  • Users under 18 must obtain verifiable consent from a parent or guardian and may be subject to additional safeguards.
  • Attempts to misrepresent age or circumvent age restrictions are strictly prohibited.

4. Parental Consent & Supervision

For users who are minors in their jurisdiction, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept our Terms and supervise the minor’s use of the Services. Parents/guardians should regularly monitor interactions, review privacy controls, and use available reporting and blocking tools to maintain safety.

5. Prohibited Content & Behaviors Involving Minors

We strictly prohibit the following. Violation may result in immediate content removal, account restrictions, suspension, or termination. In serious cases, we may refer matters to law enforcement.

  • Any sexual content, nudity, or sexualized depiction involving minors.
  • Grooming, predatory behavior, sextortion, trafficking, or exploitation of minors.
  • Harassment, bullying, or targeting underage users with abusive or inappropriate interactions.
  • Requests for, sharing, or trading of minors’ personal images or information.
  • Encouraging harmful behaviors (self-harm, disordered eating, dangerous challenges) among minors.
  • Attempts to evade safeguards or contact children outside the platform for sexual or abusive purposes.

6. IM & Messaging Safety

Our IM features support text and images and are subject to moderation. You must NOT use chat to harass, sexualize, or exploit minors; solicit private information from minors; or share illegal content. Messages and attachments may be filtered or temporarily blocked pending review.

7. Reporting, Blocking & Enforcement

Vocoo provides in‑app tools to report users and content, and to block or blacklist users. If you encounter content or behavior that endangers children, report it immediately through the in‑app reporting tools or via Support. You can also email us at support@vocoo.fun. We review reports promptly and take appropriate action, which may include content removal, feature limitation, account suspension, or termination.

8. UGC Moderation & Review

We use a combination of automated detection and human review to moderate UGC and IM. Content flagged for potential child safety violations may be hidden pending review. Confirmed violations may be removed and accounts may face restrictions or enforcement actions consistent with this policy and applicable law.

9. Personal Data & Location Safety

  • Do not share or request minors’ personally identifiable information (PII), such as addresses, phone numbers, emails, ID numbers, or financial information.
  • Avoid posting real‑time location data of minors or content that may expose their whereabouts.
  • Use privacy settings to limit audience and reduce discoverability where appropriate.

10. Safety Education & Tips

  • Keep interactions respectful; do not respond to predatory or abusive messages—report and block instead.
  • Parents should discuss online safety with children and set clear rules for sharing photos and chatting.
  • Use device‑level parental controls and platform settings to manage access and privacy.

11. Contact Information

If you have questions about this Child Safety Policy or need to report urgent safety concerns, contact us through Support or email support@vocoo.fun.

12. Updates to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect legal requirements and best practices for child safety. Material changes will be communicated appropriately. Continued use of Vocoo constitutes acceptance of the latest version.

Reminder: Report suspected child endangerment immediately via in‑app tools or Support. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement.
